On the morning of April 17, 2023, the Consul General of Myanmar in Chongqing, Lu Zhencai, and his delegation visited the college, accompanied by Chen Yingli, Deputy Director of the Leshan Municipal Bureau of Economic Cooperation and Foreign Affairs. Cheng Dingbin, Secretary of the College Party Committee, Vice President Zhou Qin, and relevant heads of the Party and Government Office and the International College accompanied the delegation on a tour of the campus.

Lu Zhencai and his delegation first visited the international student classroom to observe a demonstration of Chinese culture classes for international students. They then watched the college’s promotional video in the auditorium, observed students’ martial arts training at the Qingjiang Martial Arts Base, and viewed practical training sessions at the Automotive Testing and Maintenance Training Base, the Industrial Robotics Technology Training Base, and the Polysilicon Training Base.

After the tour, Cheng Dingbin presented the Consul General with a commemorative album marking the college’s 70th anniversary. Both parties took a group photo in front of the library.
