Yi Qun stated that, due to the shutdown of the central air conditioning, the college would provide each international student staying on campus with a quilt and an electric blanket. Additionally, for the next week, the college would supply daily meals that include milk and fruit to meet the students' living needs, demonstrating the college's care and attention to the international students.

Yi Qun also required the Student Affairs Department and the Department to effectively manage the students staying on campus during the holiday, to enhance their awareness of prevention and control, and to earnestly carry out protective measures. They were instructed to pay more attention to and care for the students staying on campus, providing them with good living services and support. The infirmary was tasked with conducting comprehensive monitoring and epidemic prevention work.

Furthermore, Yi Qun and his team inspected the college infirmary and canteen, and made arrangements and deployments for the work that needs to be done after the start of the school term.
