"May 5th (lunar calendar), celebrate the Dragon Boat Festival." The Dragon Boat Festival is one of China's traditional cultural festivals, also known as the Double Fifth Festival, Duanwu Festival, and so on. Its customs, such as dragon boat racing, eating zongzi, hanging mugwort, and wearing sachets, have become its symbols.

To help international students at our school experience Chinese traditional culture and the Dragon Boat Festival, on the afternoon of June 7, 2024, the "Zongzi Emotion, Silk Road Resonance" Dragon Boat Festival cultural experience event was held at the school's academic exchange center, organized by the international cooperation office, logistics department, school youth league committee, and student affairs office.

At the beginning of the event, Vice President Zhou Qin and representatives from various departments and international students jointly participated in the traditional Chinese cultural activity of making zongzi. Through this event, international students can bring excellent Chinese traditional culture to the world. The zongzi deepened the understanding of Chinese excellent traditional culture among teachers and students of the school. Under the guidance of experienced teachers, everyone carefully made zongzi. As they admired their works and shared their experiences, the whole venue was filled with laughter and joy.
