I. Holiday Time
From April 4th (Friday) to April 6th (Sunday), a total of 3 days.
II. Relevant Requirements
Strengthen Campus Management
Strictly implement the integrated management of teachers, students, and staff. Teachers, students, and staff must present valid identification to enter the campus. Unrelated personnel from outside the campus are not allowed to enter without approval.
Enhance Safety Awareness and Hazard Screening
All departments should enhance the safety awareness of teachers, students, and staff and conduct thorough safety hazard inspections. Electrical appliances not in use should be powered off during the holiday. The Student Affairs Department, Security Office, and other relevant departments should focus on fire prevention, theft prevention, anti-fraud, and traffic safety to strengthen student management and education.
Manage Students Staying on Campus
Secondary colleges should cooperate with the Student Affairs Department to ensure the daily management of students staying on campus. The infirmary will be on 24-hour duty. Students who are unwell should seek medical attention promptly.
Ensure Duty Personnel Fulfill Their Responsibilities
Duty personnel must remain at their posts, strictly adhere to duty discipline, and fulfill their responsibilities. In the event of a major emergency, they should report it in a timely manner according to regulations and handle it properly.
Plan Work and Life in Advance
Teachers, students, and staff are advised to arrange their work and life in advance. Civilized memorial practices and green travel are encouraged to ensure a safe and harmonious holiday.
