As the saying goes, "Before the troops move, the provisions must go first". In anticipation of the return of teachers and students to campus, the Logistics Department has been working intensively to prepare for the new semester, striving to create a safe, comfortable, and warm campus environment.
I. Maintenance and Repair to Ensure Smooth and Safe Operations
Inspected and repaired peeling walls, damaged roads, and detached tiles across the campus.
Organized maintenance and upkeep of high-voltage power distribution systems and elevator equipment.
Coordinated with the gas company to conduct a comprehensive safety inspection of gas usage on campus and repaired rusted gas pipes.
Repaired desks and chairs in classrooms and dormitories, as well as sports facilities and equipment.
Inspected electronic whiteboards and lighting fixtures in classrooms, and provided necessary supplies such as chalk and cleaning tools.
Cleaned water heaters, air conditioner filters, and curtains in student dormitory rooms.


II. Sanitation and Cleaning to Create a Comfortable Environment
Conducted a comprehensive cleaning of key campus areas, including teaching buildings, student dormitories, office buildings, sports venues, scenic ponds, and swimming pools, to create a pleasant environment for learning and living.


III. Greenery Maintenance to Build a Beautiful Campus
Organized weeding, pruning, watering, fertilizing, and general care of gardens and open spaces to provide an aesthetically pleasing working and living environment for teachers and students.

IV. Food Safety to Ensure the Health of Teachers and Students
In collaboration with Haitian Company, conducted inspections of canteen hygiene, dishwashing and disinfection, bulk food ingredient supply, storage of food in warehouses, and employee training to fortify the campus food safety defense line and provide a solid safeguard for campus food safety.

The Logistics Department has always adhered to the philosophy of "more complete infrastructure, a more beautiful campus environment, and more efficient logistical support". In the new semester, we will continue to meet the aspirations of teachers and students for a better campus life with greater enthusiasm and a more dedicated attitude.
