In order to enhance mutual understanding and learning among college students between China and Thailand, improve the quality of international education and teaching at the college, and deepen the exchange between our college and the Thai Red Cross Nursing College, on December 15th, the college, in collaboration with the Thai Red Cross Nursing College, held an online exchange activity for teachers and students in the post-pandemic era. Nearly 200 teachers and students from both sides engaged in a lively exchange on the theme of "Building a Community with a Shared Future for Mankind: A Comparison of Nursing Skills and Cultures between China and Thailand."

The event consisted of two parts. Firstly, students from our college's nursing major virtually guided the Thai teachers and students on a tour of Leshan through the cloud, allowing them to experience the local cultural landscape. Using our college's nursing department as a base, they provided a comprehensive introduction to the college and the learning and living conditions of nursing students. Teacher Yang Qing taught a visually appealing Chinese language class to the Thai teachers and students through the TV series "The Charm of the Blue Lotus." Teacher Zhang Hongyu introduced traditional Chinese acupuncture techniques through practical demonstrations and pictorial presentations. In the second part, the Thai teachers and students showcased Thai culture and costumes, and provided a virtual tour of the Thai Red Cross campus to give insights into the learning, living, and internship experiences of Thai students. Students also introduced the process of making Thai massage fragrance pouches through videos. The event reached its climax when both sides learned Thai language together, with a lively atmosphere filled with laughter and joy.

Subsequently, Teacher Zhang Jingjing from our college reviewed the cooperation and exchanges between our college and the Thai Red Cross Nursing College over the past 11 years. She summarized the online teacher-student activities in the post-pandemic period and warmly invited the Thai Red Cross Nursing College's teachers and students to visit Leshan for exchanges at an appropriate time.

Through the exchanges, Chinese and Thai college students deepened their understanding of each other's learning, cultural backgrounds, and lifestyles. The event strengthened their bonds, broadened their horizons, and promoted further cooperation and exchange between the two schools.
