In order to further expand the scale of international student recruitment and enhance the quality of international students at our university, on December 9th, the college took advantage of the global recruitment and examination tour for international students hosted by the Sichuan Education International Exchange Association to conduct a recruitment event for international students. The event was broadcast live in English, promoting the college's educational strengths and achievements to a global audience through online interaction, pictorial exhibitions, and video presentations. It also showcased the university's admission policies and the unique features of its international education programs.

The event focused on the cultural and tourism characteristics of Leshan City, providing a systematic introduction to the college's history, distinctive features, strength, advantages, and influence in education. It comprehensively covered the overall situation of international student education at our college, including admission policies, advantageous majors, accommodation conditions, and scholarship policies. The event attracted the attention of Indonesian students and their parents, who showed great interest in studying in Leshan. During the interactive session, the college's admission staff engaged in dialogue with overseas teachers and students, providing detailed answers to questions that international students were concerned about, such as tuition fees, living expenses, accommodation, transportation, and scholarships.

This global live-streaming recruitment event was a positive attempt to conduct admission publicity under the normalized global pandemic situation. It enabled direct and effective communication between our college and prospective international students, enhancing the university's international reputation and educational influence. Moving forward, the college will continue to advance the recruitment and publicity efforts for international students, improve the quality of applicants, strengthen the "Study in Leshan" brand, promote the improvement and efficiency of international student education, and continuously elevate the college's level of international education.
