Recently, the Education Working Committee of the Communist Party of China Sichuan Provincial Committee and the Department of Education of Sichuan Province announced the list of model studios for ideological and political education in higher education institutions (Batch 2 for 2021–2025). This list includes 21 "Model Ideological and Political Course Teacher Studios," 31 "Model Counselor Studios," and 10 "Model Mental Health Education Studios".

The "Hu Meng Qihang, Yi Lu Sheng Hua" (Setting Sail in Nursing, Blooming in Medical Journey) Counselor Studio, hosted by Wu Lihong from the Nursing and Health Care College of Leshan Vocational and Technical College, has been selected as one of the "Model Counselor Studios for Ideological and Political Education in Higher Education Institutions." This is the first time that a counselor studio from our school has been selected into the provincial list of model counselor studios, and it represents a landmark achievement in the construction of our school's counselor team.

In recent years, our school has continuously deepened the construction of a comprehensive ideological and political education framework. The initial selection into the provincial list of model studios signifies that our school's ideological and political work has transitioned from a phase of practical exploration to a new stage of brand building. In accordance with the relevant requirements for the construction of model studios for ideological and political education set by the Education Working Committee of the Provincial Committee and the Department of Education, our school will take the selected model studio as a demonstration and lead by example. We will solidly carry out the creation of model studios for ideological and political education, strive to build a series of ideological and political education brands, and continuously improve the quality and level of our school's ideological and political work.
