On June 11, 2024, Ambassador Lin Nan met with delegations from Shandong Jining Vocational College, Weifang Vocational College of Engineering, Sichuan Leshan Vocational and Technical College, and Zhejiang Vocational College of Mechatronics, as well as the chairman of the Africa side of the China-Africa Vocational Education Alliance. They discussed further promoting vocational education cooperation and cultural exchanges between China and Seychelles.

Ambassador Lin noted that Sino-Seychelles vocational education cooperation has achieved fruitful results in recent years. It has cultivated a large number of excellent skilled talents for Seychelles and added new connotations to Sino-Seychelles friendly cooperation. He hopes that everyone will continue to strengthen practical cooperation with the Seychelles Ministry of Education and relevant institutions, help Seychelles improve vocational skills, deepen friendly relations between the two peoples, and promote bilateral relations to a new level.

The heads of the vocational colleges expressed that they will continue to support vocational education development in Seychelles and make greater contributions to strengthening Sino-Seychelles friendship.
